I can't say enough wonderful things about this ring and working with Tyler in general. There was a timeline glitch for shipping, which can happen and does happen understandably. Nonetheless Tyler immediately jumped on it and made sure the situation was not only rectified, but went above and beyond to be sure it was taken care of. If you're on the fence about one of these rings, take it from me - it's more than worth it.
