I don't use engraving as that cuts into the ring and this risks creating a weak spot in your ring, potentially a pocket that moisture and bacteria can get trapped in. Instead, I developed a method of inscribing my rings using 24k gold or 14K White Gold, the finish protected with multi layers of waterproof coating. Gilded inscriptions ensure that your message will be legible and that your ring won't be compromised
