First, prior to placing official order, Tyler sent out a set of 3-D rings to wear around for a few days to determine ideal size.

Then, without question, sent out another set when we realized those were all too big for my husband.

While we waited for the ring to arrive, my husband continued wearing the 3-D ring and decided it was actually a little too big, after all. We received it, determined it was in fact too big…so I messaged Tyler about possible resizing.

I was so embarrassed to even ask — especially after he had already sent out two sets of 3-D rings 🤦🏼‍♀️ but to my surprise, he was more than understanding and accommodating; he did it for us without any hassle at all!

I've never received this outstanding of customer service from any vendor online. I highly recommend!
